1. Overview
ParcelBlueprint (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides MLS-first land development intelligence for property professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit parcelblueprint.com, request parcel blueprints, or participate in the partner portal and admin tools (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Information We Collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, company, role, and hashed passwords for customers and vendors.
- Property inputs: MLS IDs, parcel addresses, county selections, and supporting metadata submitted when you queue a blueprint.
- Usage analytics: page views, navigation events, and conversion steps collected through Google Analytics and Ahrefs scripts for product improvement.
- Communications: support requests, feedback, or email correspondence.
- Vendor data: services provided, coverage counties, pricing notes, and status updates submitted through the partner portal.
3. How We Use Information
- Generate property blueprints, populate listings, and keep admins informed of vendor applications.
- Authenticate users, secure sessions, and detect unauthorized access.
- Deliver transactional notifications (e.g., vendor approvals, blueprint ready emails).
- Analyze anonymized product usage to enhance reliability, coverage, and recommendation quality.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with trusted processors that help us operate the Services (hosting providers, email delivery, analytics tools) and only under agreements that require appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, and analytics. You can control cookies through browser settings, though disabling them may limit core functionality. Google Analytics collects pseudonymous usage statistics; you can opt out via Google’s opt-out tools.
6. Data Retention
Account and vendor records are retained while your organization maintains an active relationship with ParcelBlueprint. Property lookup history and generated reports may be archived for analytics and audit purposes. We purge or anonymize data when it is no longer required.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information. Submit requests to info@parcelblueprint.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests and respond within required timelines.
8. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, restricted admin access, credential hashing, and regular backups. No system is immune to risk; please notify us immediately if you suspect misuse.
9. International Data Transfers
The Services are operated in the United States. If you access ParcelBlueprint from another region, you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. and its processing under U.S. law.
10. Children’s Privacy
ParcelBlueprint is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child’s information is present, we will remove it promptly.
