Terms of Service
Effective date: November 16, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ParcelBlueprint’s website, APIs, partner portal, admin dashboard, and related services (“Services”). By creating an account, requesting a blueprint, or submitting a vendor application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or present security risk.
3. Licensed Use
ParcelBlueprint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Services. Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or interfering with platform stability is prohibited.
4. Vendor Marketplace Responsibilities
- Vendors must submit accurate service descriptions, coverage counties, and licensing information.
- Approval does not constitute endorsement; ParcelBlueprint provides listings “as is”.
- Vendors are solely responsible for contracts, pricing, and delivery of services to property owners.
- Admin may remove or modify listings that are inaccurate, non-compliant, or receive recurring complaints.
5. Property Data & Reports
ParcelBlueprint aggregates public records, partner data, and user inputs to generate insights. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, engineering, or financial advice. Always verify zoning, utilities, and permitting details with the appropriate authorities before acting.
6. Fees & Beta Access
Early users are granted limited beta access. Future paid plans will include separate terms. We reserve the right to update pricing, provide optional paid features, or limit access to active subscribers.
7. Intellectual Property
ParcelBlueprint’s trademarks, logos, data models, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it for the purpose of operating the Services.
8. Confidentiality
Information shared in the admin portal and partner dashboards may contain sensitive business data. You agree to keep such information confidential and use it only for evaluating or servicing relevant parcels.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms. ParcelBlueprint is not responsible for third-party availability or actions.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of property data. Use ParcelBlueprint at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParcelBlueprint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ParcelBlueprint, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services, vendor engagements, or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time with notice if you breach these Terms or compromise platform security. You may terminate by closing your account and ceasing to use the Services. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Updates
We may modify these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
